Virtual Wise Finances Workshop – Financial Planning

This workshop focuses on:

  • Establishing short-term and long-term goals
  • Designing a financial plan, so you can achieve your goals
  • Creating a budget to assist in your financial success
  • What does mindfulness mean regarding your finances
  • Incorporating mindful practices to ease your mind when habitual triggers rise

What makes this method different from other financial methods is that it addresses the person, as well as, the mechanics of finances; thus, healing the relationship on a deeper level.

Note:

Wear comfortable clothing, as we will be meditating.

For the budgeting exercise, you will need your weekly expenses, so you can enter them into your budget.
